Michael Kimmelman's New York Times story on the Viaduct included photos by Damon Winters. Despite documenting the concerns of the community and the bigoted views of key Mayoral advisor, the new Mayor dismissed Kimmelman's front-page story commenting the story seems to have been written prior to Kimmelman's visit to Erie.
